We come alongside you and your family to help relieve the burden of an estate closure, especially if at a time of upheaval and loss. Whether your family member is now unable to attend to their estate in-person, or they have sadly passed away, we can come alongside you in a caring and compassionate way with the closure of their estate. 

​We believe it is a privilege to be in someone's home at this time, and as a family business we understand the importance of this and work with respect and integrity in all we do. ​Our bespoke, individually tailored service means we can do as much or as little as you and your family need. We can also work with family lawyers, powers of attorney, family trusts, real estate agents, third party organisations, and businesses to support estate closures as might be needed.

  • Organising the distribution of personal belongings according to your preferences

  • Respectfully working with you to decide what to keep, sell, store, and donate
 
  • Arrange for appraisals and the selling of items through estate sales, auctions, traders, and or online. (No commission of any kind taken).
 
  • Packaging belongings for relocation, storage, and or charitable donation.

  • Helping to prepare the home for sale, rental, or other usage.​
 
  • Facilitating and coordinating any other works needed for you.
